Joroev clarified that the exact dates for the start of the heating season depend on the instructions from the city hall and current weather conditions.
“The city hall will make a decision on the start of heating based on temperature indicators. If the air temperature is below 8 degrees for a week, we will receive a signal to start the heating season. Tentatively, heating may begin on November 14-15, possibly even earlier. Everything will depend on the weather. For this winter period, we have prepared 14,000 tons of coal, and we also plan to use electricity to heat some facilities. There are 111 boiler houses operating in the city, and we hope to provide residents with uninterrupted heating throughout the winter,” added S. Joroev.
