According to the decree of the Bishkek city administration, the heating season for 2025-2026 will begin on November 3, 2025.
The press service of the city municipality reported that on the night of this date, employees of the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek CHPP" will start the main equipment for the production of thermal energy, which will then be transferred to the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkekteploset".
All systems are operating under increased load, and technical personnel are ready to ensure the necessary operational parameters.
The municipal companies "Bishkekteploset" and "Bishkekteploenergo" have completed preparatory measures and are fully ready to connect city facilities to heating on time.
Working groups have been switched to an enhanced mode to quickly respond to complaints and unforeseen situations.
The connection to heating will be carried out in stages:
First, social facilities such as schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, maternity hospitals, and social services will be connected.
Secondly, the connection of apartment buildings and the private sector will begin.
