In the southern part of Bishkek, the construction of a new road is planned, which will connect the village of Orto-Sai with the residential area of Kok-Zhar, providing direct access to 7 April Street. This was reported by the chief specialist of the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of the Bishkek City Hall, Azamat Osmonaliev, during a broadcast on "Birinchi Radio" on October 29.

According to Osmonaliev, the opening of Zhukeev-Pudovkin Street in the southern direction from Aaly Tokombaev Street (Southern Highway) has already been completed. There are also plans to connect Zhukeev-Pudovkin Street with Balik Kumara Street and organize a circular traffic flow in this area. Imanaliev Street, located slightly above Balik Kumara Street, will be extended to 7 April Street, providing direct access from the village of Orto-Sai to 7 April Street.

The specialist did not specify the exact timeline for the implementation of this project.
