On the section of Toktogul Street that runs from Erkindik Boulevard to Ibraimov Street, a sign indicating the operation of a tow truck has been installed. At the same time, parking markings are visible on the asphalt, which causes confusion among motorists, as reported by local residents to the publication 24.kg.
Many drivers ignore the warning sign, relying on the markings, and leave their vehicles. As a result, sometimes the tow truck takes such cars away.
According to Ulan Kurmanbekov, head of the parking and standing department of the municipal enterprise "City Road Transport Infrastructure," Toktogul Street has been temporarily switched to a two-way mode due to the repair of other roads. He noted that leaving vehicles here is prohibited. Initially, drivers who left their cars out of ignorance will not be punished; however, the cars of those who repeatedly violate the rules will be towed away.
The city authorities urge residents and guests of the capital to refrain from parking on the specified section of Toktogul Street.
