Temporary road markings have been installed, and traffic is open in both directions.
As part of the project, the upper layer of asphalt is planned to be laid on the section from the 5th to the 9th kilometer, as well as the repair of the bridge and the installation of drainage ditches.
The major repair affects 3.85 kilometers of road — from the village of Novopokrovka to Lermontov Street in Bishkek.
According to the Ministry of Transport, the implementation of the project is aimed at ensuring greater road safety and improving transportation accessibility between Bishkek, Kant, and Tokmok.
