On the night of November 2 to 3, the Bishkek heat power plant began the phased heating of water in accordance with the established parameters of the municipal enterprise "Bishkekteploset". The press service of the enterprise reported to 24.kg that the heating process has already started. Initially, heat will be directed to social institutions such as kindergartens, schools, medical facilities, and social protection organizations.
After that, heat will begin to flow to apartment buildings and the private sector. The press service of the heat power plant noted that both the main and auxiliary equipment are functioning normally, with constant monitoring of technical characteristics and the operation of units.
“The heat power plant heats the water and opens the valve, after which the water begins to circulate through the city’s pipes. First, the systems closer to the heat power plant are filled, and then the heat reaches the western part of the capital,” explained a representative of the heat supply organization’s press service.
According to the municipality, heat will reach social facilities by the evening of the current day.
It should be noted that, according to the mayor's office, the heating season for 2025-2026 begins today.
The municipal enterprise "Bishkekteploset" has completed preparatory work and is ready to ensure stable and timely connection of city facilities to the heating system.
