On October 30, a meeting will take place in Busan, Republic of Korea, between Xi Jinping and Donald Trump, as reported by the Chinese Foreign Ministry's website.
The statement reads: "In accordance with the agreements reached between the two countries, Chairman of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping will meet with President of the United States Donald Trump."
It is expected that during the negotiations, the leaders will discuss bilateral relations as well as "topics of mutual interest."
Trump announced the upcoming discussion with Xi Jinping on October 1 on the Truth Social platform, stating: "In four weeks, I will meet with President of China Xi."
He also noted that he intends to raise the issue of an agreement that obligates China to purchase American agricultural products.
