To ensure the electoral rights of Kyrgyz citizens living abroad, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums made a decision to create six new polling stations at a meeting on October 29. This initiative aims to facilitate voting for compatriots residing outside the country.

The new polling stations will be located in the following countries and cities:
- **Russia**: four stations in the cities of Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, and Perm.
- **Bulgaria**: one station in Sofia.
- **Poland**: one station in Warsaw.

Thus, the total number of polling stations abroad has increased to 97. Earlier, on October 18, the CEC had already approved the opening of 71 stations for voting by Kyrgyz citizens outside the country, and on October 24, the establishment of an additional 20 stations was approved.
