During the meeting of the Republican Headquarters for the preparation for the early elections of the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, chaired by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Amangeldiev, issues related to the organizational and technical support of the electoral commissions were discussed. This information was provided by the press service of the Cabinet. During the meeting, the Chairman of the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic Tynchtyk Shainazarov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeenbek Kulubaev spoke.
It is noted that 100 polling stations will be opened in 34 countries for the upcoming elections so that our compatriots can vote.
Training events for specialists and testing of technical equipment are also being conducted in various cities. In addition, work is actively underway to attract international observers.
During the meeting, information from local authorities about preparations for the elections was also presented.
Daniyar Amangeldiev emphasized that organizing early parliamentary elections is of key importance.
“These elections are an important step in the democratic development of the country. Thousands of our compatriots live and work abroad, and each of them has the right to participate in the elections. It is the state's duty to ensure their ability to vote. Our task is to organize the elections openly, legally, and safely, so that every citizen's vote is counted,” he noted.
Following the meeting, instructions were given to the relevant state bodies for further actions.
