Representatives at the event included the authorized representative of the president in the Jalal-Abad region, Tilek Tekebaev, the mayor of the city, Nurtilek Orozbaev, as well as local organization leaders and residents.
The head of the municipality reported that the total length of roads in the city is about 23 kilometers, of which only 8 kilometers are in satisfactory condition. "Due to the limited budget, we sought support from the Ministry of Transport. As a result, we received funding from the republican budget. Road repair work began in early September, and currently, 3.5 kilometers have been completed. Asphalt has been laid on the streets named after Z. Seroy, Belazovka, and I. Kurmanaliev," the mayor said.
