As the chairman of the electoral district Nurbek Alymbaev explained, the constituency includes the city of Karakol, as well as the Jeti-Oguz and Ton districts.
According to available data:
- In the Jeti-Oguz district, 23 people have applied for off-site voting. Mostly, these are citizens who cannot come to the polling station due to health issues and are bedridden.
- In the Ton district, 128 voters have requested off-site voting.
- In Karakol, 30 voters are utilizing this opportunity.
Nurbek Alymbaev noted that polling stations are equipped with ramps and handrails for the convenience of voters with disabilities. Special conditions are also provided for the visually impaired.
Off-site voting is conducted in accordance with the law, and voters are provided assistance to exercise their right to vote.
