At polling station N7416 in the Atbashy school, located in the village of Manas, a violation of pre-election campaigning was noted: a voter arrived wearing a vest with the surname of one of the candidates. However, according to the legislation, campaigning is only allowed after the registration of candidates is completed and 24 hours before the start of voting.
Polling station 7268 in the village of Kamyshanovka also faced issues: at 11:06, the system was not working, and no voters were accepted.
Earlier, Dastan Bekeshev raised the issue of violations during mobile voting. In response, the Central Election Commission (CEC) stated that there were no violations.
According to Bekeshev, at polling station No. 1130, members of the election commission left their designated area and went to the 12th microdistrict, although they were supposed to be in the 5th. The CEC had previously clarified that ballots would not be accepted from those who were not registered at their place of residence. Nevertheless, this time the election commission acted differently. Moreover, the voter managed to cast their vote and mark the ballot, which was on the table and available for viewing, while the ballot box had not yet been delivered. At polling station No. 1161 in the village of Kok-Zhar, the chairperson of the election commission sent commission members to vote while she herself began calling and explaining how to vote. Other violations were less significant: for example, in some places, receipts were not printed, and in others, voting started later than scheduled. However, Bekeshev believes that special attention should be paid to the two main violations.
Nevertheless, the CEC did not record any violations.
Additionally, there are sometimes technical malfunctions.
At polling station No. 5280 in Osh, there was a breakdown of the identification device, and an act was drawn up regarding this incident.
