According to information from the CEC press service, candidate from district No. 9 Daut Akhunov Sardarbek submitted a statement claiming that the conditions for placing election materials were unequal. He requested an investigation into the obstruction by supporters of candidate Azamzhan Jalilov and reported possible pressure on citizens.
In response, on November 26, the Uzgen Department of Internal Affairs issued a decision to refuse to initiate a criminal case. It was established that the banner of candidate S. Daut Akhunov was placed on the facade of the "Azhva" store with the owner's consent; however, representatives of A. Jalilov removed this banner and demanded to place their own campaign materials.
At the meeting of the working group held on November 28, testimonies were heard from representative of the Uzgen District Department of Internal Affairs T. Alishov, as well as candidates A. Jalilov and S. Daut Akhunov.
The working group, which is responsible for informing voters and ensuring compliance with campaign rules, reviewed a report on the election brochure of candidate from district No. 2 Y. Atazhanov. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the brochure did not meet the requirements for informing voters and conducting campaigning, as it contained information about the construction and repair of roads, educational institutions, state facilities, and planned events.
Additionally, during the monitoring of social media, a violation of campaign conditions was identified by candidate from district No. 12 Baktybek Sydykov. In his Facebook post, he announced the construction of 17 football fields and shared plans for further construction, as well as issues related to transportation, road repairs, and organizing bus services for residents.
