
During the monitoring of social networks, it was found that on the candidate's Instagram page "yrysbek.atajanov," an election campaign video was posted where he interacts with voters on the territory of a mosque. According to the law, conducting campaign events and distributing materials near places of worship is prohibited.
Furthermore, information circulated via WhatsApp revealed that the candidate placed a campaign banner on the arch leading to the village of Eshme, which is also a violation—according to the law, it is prohibited to install such materials on monuments and cultural heritage sites.
The Instagram page "yrysbek.atajanov" also featured a video where the candidate signs an agreement promising the residents of the village of Maidan to build social facilities.
Under the law, starting from the moment elections are announced, vote buying, as well as the distribution of money and gifts to voters, is strictly prohibited.
It is also worth noting that candidates and their close relatives cannot engage in charitable activities from the moment elections are announced until the election results are declared.
The working group proposed to impose an administrative fine of 200 and 75 calculated indicators on Yrysbek Atajanov for violations of electoral legislation, as well as to issue him a warning.
The Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic, based on the recommendations of the Working Group and guided by electoral legislation, decided to impose the specified fines on the candidate from electoral district No. 2, Yrysbek Yslamovich Atajanov. The candidate was also issued a warning.
