Materials about N. Azhibaeva, who spread publications defaming the honor of the candidate for district No. 2, Amanova Burun, were submitted to the CEC from the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kadamjai District. A decision was made to impose a fine of 12,500 soms on Azhibaeva for violating electoral legislation.*****
A complaint was also received from a representative of candidate Ilim Karybekov regarding obstruction of campaigning in the Pervomaisky District of Bishkek. According to him, campaigners were denied access to the yard of one of the apartment buildings on the grounds that, according to some individuals, this building "works" for another candidate, Umbetaly Kydyraliev. The complaint was left unaddressed.
