On November 18, the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic held a meeting to discuss violations committed by candidates for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh during the election campaign.

During monitoring conducted via WhatsApp, it was recorded that campaign banners of candidate Temirlan Aitieva from district No. 20 were placed on trees in the yards of houses in Bishkek.

According to the constitutional law, placing campaign materials on green spaces and natural objects is strictly prohibited.

Additionally, citizen Satybaldieva Mukhar Aasanbaevna published materials on Facebook that could tarnish the reputation of candidate Mondurbaeva Yrysbubu Mukambetovna from district No. 30.

At the meeting of the working group, Satybaldieva confirmed that she indeed left this message on the social network.

A report of a violation of election campaigning was also received from I. Kubanychbekov, a candidate, regarding whom materials were submitted from the Kara-Suu district department of internal affairs of the Osh region. In particular, on November 14, 2025, campaign banners were placed on the wall of a private house in the city of Kara-Suu without a corresponding contract.

The working group recommended imposing an administrative fine of 75 calculated indicators on candidates I. Kubanychbekov and T. Aitieva in accordance with Article 65 of the Code of Offenses.

For citizen M. Satybaldieva, the application of an administrative fine of 125 calculated indicators was recommended.
