A CEC member clarified that 189 materials regarding violations were analyzed: 124 of them were discovered by experts from a special working group during monitoring, while 65 were reported by participants in the electoral process.

Bekmatov reported that warnings were issued to four candidates, and fines were imposed in 35 cases according to Article 65 "Violation of the conditions for conducting pre-election campaigning" and Article 142 "Violation of legislation on freedom of religion and religious associations" of the Code of Violations, with the amount being 7,500 soms. Fines were also imposed on 27 agitators, representatives, and trusted persons of candidates under Articles 65 and 66 "Dissemination of knowingly false information about a candidate," he added.

In addition, he noted that seven legal entities, including media outlets and advertising agencies, also received fines under Articles 66 and 67 for "Dissemination of information that discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of the candidate."

As of yesterday, the total amount of imposed fines exceeded 700,000 soms. Bekmatov also mentioned that appeals regarding various materials, including violations of the silence day, were being considered until midnight. Work in this direction continues.
