According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources, as a result of inspections, 7 violations of environmental legislation were recorded:
- Under Article 261 of the Code on Violations (Violation of Hunting Rules), 6 protocols were drawn up, resulting in fines totaling 60,000 soms;
- Under Article 263 (Illegal Hunting), 1 protocol was issued with a fine of 12,500 soms.
Thus, the total amount of imposed fines amounted to 72,500 soms. In addition, a claim was filed for 13 illegally hunted pheasants for the amount of 65,000 soms.
