According to the press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources, these raids were carried out as part of the implementation of Resolution No. 639 "On Certain Measures for the Protection of Atmospheric Air." The main focus was on the ban on the import, sale, storage, and use of bulk coal with a fraction of 0-13 mm, which negatively impacts the ecology.
During the inspection, the inspectors familiarized themselves with the operations of coal storage facilities and reminded about the importance of adhering to regulations aimed at ensuring environmental safety and reducing air pollution levels. Additionally, coal traders were informed that appropriate administrative measures could be applied in case of violations.
