As a result of local residents' appeal to the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of Kyrgyzstan on November 4, an inspection was initiated. Specialists established that an illegal dump had formed on the eastern outskirts of the village of Tokbay in the Kuntuy rural district.
