The press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources reported that representatives of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service, as well as the Department of Environmental Monitoring, also participated in the event.
During the visit, Mashiev familiarized himself with the current work of the office, its condition, and future plans. He issued a number of instructions, including:
- to take additional measures to combat corruption;
- to strictly monitor compliance with legislation regarding the participation of civil servants in election activities;
- to complete all tasks outlined in the annual plan by the end of the year;
- to ensure timely receipt of payments from enterprises;
- to strengthen the material and technical base of the regional office;
- to intensify efforts for greening and improving the territories.
As noted in the report, the main objective of the visit was to improve the work of local bodies of ecological and technical supervision, enhance the quality of their activities, and improve the interaction of the Ministry with territorial subdivisions.
