According to information provided by the press service of the agency, several violations related to environmental protection, as well as issues of ecological and technical safety, were identified during the inspection.
As a result, the enterprise was fined 103,000 soms for violations recorded under the following articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses:
- Article 211 — violation of environmental standards;
- Article 245, part 3 — non-compliance with industrial safety rules;
- Article 230 — conducting activities without the necessary permit;
- Article 209 — pollution of land, water, and air resources.
According to data from the Ministry of Justice, the founder and director of LLC "Beton Star" is Yunusov Timur Khamidovich. The main activity of the company is the production of commercial concrete (ready-mixed concrete). LLC "Beton Star" underwent the re-registration procedure on April 26, 2021.
