In Shopokov, a warehouse for finished products was built on the premises of the enterprise, and the reconstruction of the foundry workshop was carried out without the necessary permits.
The company had already received a fine of 400,000 soms for violating the Law "On Urban Planning and Architecture".
Since the previous fine was not paid on time, an additional penalty was imposed, increasing the total amount to 800,000 soms. The case was transferred to the Bailiff Service.
In addition, the Ministry has appealed to the court demanding the demolition of the illegally constructed warehouse and the suspension of the foundry workshop's operations until all necessary permits are obtained.
