Objects built without permits are subject to demolition
The Chui regional department of the State Department of Architectural and Construction Control, operating under the Ministry of Construction, conducted an unscheduled inspection of the company "LAHOR STIL MILS," located at: Shopokov city, Pervomayskaya street, 29A.
According to the Ministry of Construction, violations were found during the inspection: a warehouse for storing finished products (measuring 42 by 17 meters) and the reconstruction of the foundry workshop were carried out without the necessary design and permit documents. Previously, a similar inspection was conducted in the same area, which revealed similar violations.
Administrative measures were applied to the company, including a fine of 400,000 soms. Due to the untimely payment of the fine, a penalty of 400,000 soms was charged, resulting in a total debt of 800,000 soms. These materials were forwarded to the Sokuluk District Department of Enforcement.
In addition, the regional management filed a lawsuit demanding the demolition of the illegally constructed warehouse and the suspension of the foundry workshop's operations until all necessary permits and compliance certificates are obtained.
The Ministry of Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic reminds citizens and organizations of the necessity to strictly adhere to urban planning regulations and obtain permits before starting any construction work.
