“The owner of the site was fined and ordered to dismantle the incorrectly installed brick and foam block structures. In addition, it is necessary to reinforce and rebuild the structures in accordance with the established requirements. The regional management also indicated that strict control will be established over construction in this area to ensure compliance with all norms and standards,” the official release states.
