A raid conducted jointly with the akimats, the Municipal Inspection, and the Bishkek Department of Architecture and Urban Planning resulted in the demolition of numerous signs and billboards that were installed without the necessary permits and did not comply with the design code.
In the Pervomaisky District, 7 protocols were drawn up under Article 107, Parts 3-4, of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Violations." As a result of the raid, 120 advertising structures were dismantled.
Since the beginning of the year up to September of the current year, the land use control department has already demolished 3,278 illegally installed advertising objects.
In addition, 288 protocols were drawn up under Articles 107 and 179 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, with a total fine amounting to 1,235,000 soms.
