According to information provided by Finansdor, videos have been posted on the YouTube channel "БАРСБЕК БАТЫРАЛИЕВ" containing participation conditions and information about the prize fund, as well as collecting funds from citizens.
In one of the videos published on October 25, 2025, on the official channel @BarsbekBatiraliev, the author reported the detention of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation and the conduct of explanatory work regarding illegal lottery activities. In this address, it is also mentioned that participants will be refunded by October 31, 2025, and there is a declaration of intent not to conduct such draws anymore.
However, Finansdor also found that on another account of this individual, previously used to publish information about illegal lotteries – the YouTube channel @barsbekbatraliev3 – videos with information about draws continue to be released, with the dates of the events altered.
Finansdor reports that information about the second channel and the ongoing posting of such materials is being clarified in conjunction with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
