The Financial Supervisory Authority, as part of its monitoring, continues to record instances of illegal lottery operations on the internet.
The main objective of the monitoring is to protect citizens from unscrupulous financial practices.
In a recent statement, the Financial Supervisory Authority mentioned illegal lottery activities related to the YouTube channel "BARSBEK BATYRALIEV," where videos were published outlining participation conditions and information about prizes, which included requests for monetary contributions from citizens.
In a video posted on October 25, 2025, on the official channel @BarsbekBatiraliev, the author spoke about an arrest carried out by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan in Russia and about explanatory measures concerning illegal lottery activities. In his address, he also mentioned the intention to return money to participants by October 31, 2025, and the commitment not to conduct similar lotteries in the future.
However, the Financial Supervisory Authority discovered that on another channel of this individual, which was previously used to promote illegal lotteries – @barsbekbatraliev3, videos about lotteries continue to be published with altered dates of their conduct.
The Financial Supervisory Authority emphasizes that information about the second channel and the ongoing posting of such content is being clarified in collaboration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Financial Supervisory Authority strongly recommends that citizens remain vigilant, avoid participating in any online lotteries that do not have permission from the authorized bodies, and report such instances through the official website https://fsa.gov.kg/ or via the provided phone numbers:
