These activities are being carried out in accordance with the resolution of the Bishkek City Council No. 134, which approves the rules for the placement and operation of information and advertising structures, as well as the requirements for the appearance of building facades in Bishkek. This step is part of the "Azyk asman" concept.
Building owners and communication operators have been given the following recommendations:
- independently dismantle cable lines installed on the front facades of buildings;
- relocate and lay communication lines underground or along internal and courtyard facades;
- bring external engineering networks in line with approved architectural standards and requirements.
Work will be carried out on streets such as:
- Jusupa Abdrakhmanova, Isy Akhunbaeva, as well as on the avenues Chuy, Zhibek Zholu, and Chingiz Aitmatov.
Capital residents are encouraged to be proactive and contact their internet providers for the prompt removal of violations related to the placement of cables on building facades.
