The Chui Regional Department of Architectural and Construction Control conducted an unscheduled inspection of the activities of the company 'LAHOR STIL MILS', located at 29A Pervomayskaya Street, Shopokov, Chui Region.
During this inspection, serious violations were discovered: the construction of a warehouse for finished products, measuring 42×17 meters, and the reconstruction of the foundry workshop were carried out without the necessary design and permit documents.
It is worth noting that a previous inspection had also been conducted in the same area, during which similar violations were identified.
As a result of non-compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Urban Planning and Architecture," administrative measures were applied to the company, including a fine of 400,000 soms. Since the fine was not paid within the established timeframe, a penalty was added, increasing the total debt to 800,000 soms.
The case materials were forwarded to the Sokuluk District Department of Enforcement (Judicial Enforcement Service). Furthermore, the regional department filed a lawsuit demanding the demolition of the illegally constructed warehouse and the suspension of the foundry workshop's operations until all necessary permits and the corresponding act are obtained.
The Ministry of Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic strongly urges both citizens and organizations to strictly adhere to urban planning regulations and obtain all necessary permits before commencing construction work.
