According to information from the press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the inspection revealed that the enterprise did not comply with certain safety requirements and production standards established for the mining industry.
As a result of the inspection, a fine of 87,000 soms was imposed on "Ak-Talaa Kömür." Additionally, the company was given 15 days to rectify all identified violations.
The ministry emphasized that adherence to environmental, technical, and production standards is crucial for ensuring labor safety, protecting the environment, and safeguarding public health.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the director of the state enterprise "Ak-Talaa Kömür" is Kubanychbek uulu Zholoy. The main activity of the company is the extraction of coal. The enterprise was registered on December 14, 2022.
