Recent raids in Talas revealed instances of illegal hunting and extraction of sand and gravel mix.
On November 8, employees of the regional department of the Environmental and Technical Inspection of the Talas region, together with representatives of the Talas District Police Department and the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, conducted inspections in the territories of the Bakai-Ata and Talas districts.
The main goal of the activities was to identify cases of illegal hunting and prevent the unlawful use of natural resources. During the raid, some hunters were found to have valid permits. However, individuals were also detained for extracting sand and gravel mix at night without the necessary permits.
As a result of the raid, one of the violators, citizen K.B.B., was fined 13,000 soms in accordance with part 4 of article 243 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
