In the Nookat District, violators of hunting regulations have been fined

On November 6, inspectors from the Osh Regional Department of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service, together with a ranger from the Biodiversity Department and representatives of the "Bars" group from NABU, conducted raids. This was reported by the Ministry of Ecology.

During the inspection in the Chyli-Sai area, four individuals were detained for violating hunting regulations. Based on Article 263 of the Code of the KR on Offenses, they were fined between 12,500 and 50,000 soms.

Additionally, for the illegal hunting of eight partridges, a lawsuit was filed against the offenders for 16,000 soms to compensate for the damage caused to the environment.

Also in Osh, in the Surottuu-Tash area, a citizen was detained for dumping and setting fire to household waste. He was fined 7,500 soms in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 115 of the Code of the KR on Offenses.
