According to the press service of the Bishkek City Police Department, the incident occurred on November 5 in the village of Suymonkula Chokmorov, when unidentified individuals set fire to a plot of land, leaving the inscription "Mellstroy" on it.
This case was registered at the Alamidin District Police Department, and an initial investigation is currently underway.
O.N. was detained and handed over to the investigative authorities for further action. Necessary investigative measures are being conducted, after which a decision will be made in accordance with the law.
In addition, the Regional Office of the Environmental Supervision Service for Bishkek and the Alamidin district imposed a fine of 7,500 soms on the man for violating part 3 of article 115 of the Code of Offenses, concerning the burning of waste and other items, including leaves.
