According to the Main Internal Affairs Department, this incident has been registered at the Alamedin District Internal Affairs Department, where a preliminary investigation has been initiated.
During the investigation, law enforcement agencies identified the author of the video, who turned out to be O.N., born in 2001 and a resident of Bishkek. He was taken to the internal affairs department and handed over to the investigative authorities. Necessary investigative actions are currently being carried out.
Based on the results of the investigation, a decision will be made in accordance with the current legislation.
