“These footage relates to investigative actions that took place in June 2025, as part of a criminal case initiated on the grounds of a crime provided for by the article on financing organized groups and criminal communities in the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, no procedural actions are being conducted against Shailoobek Atazov. In connection with the dissemination of this outdated material, an investigation is underway to establish the source of the video's appearance and the reasons for the spread of misinformation,” the official statement said.
