An investigative check has been initiated
Police officers reported the delivery to the department of R.N., I.B., T.A., O.R., and B.K., all born in 2006, in connection with the dissemination of a video containing calls for interethnic hostility.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, an investigative check is currently underway. As part of this process, a forensic linguistic examination has been appointed, the results of which will help determine the legal assessment of the actions of all involved parties.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that inciting hatred and any forms of discrimination on a national or regional basis are criminal offenses.
