A citizen identified as "T.I.K." was active on Instagram, where his actions were aimed at inciting interregional hostility, according to the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
As a result of the case review, in accordance with Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the court ruled to detain "T.I.K." in custody until November 21 at temporary detention facility No. 21.
The GKNB of Kyrgyzstan also emphasizes the importance of adhering to the law, warning of the consequences of spreading provocative information in the media and on the internet, which can lead to inciting interethnic and interregional hostility, and urges citizens to exercise caution in this matter.
