The Ministry of Internal Affairs has published a statement clarifying that this video is not new. The events captured in it relate to investigative actions carried out in June 2025, as part of a criminal case initiated under articles concerning the financing of organized criminal groups, according to Article 263 of the Criminal Code.
At this time, no legal measures are being taken against Sh. Atazov.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs also reported that a check is being conducted to identify the source of the publication and the reasons for the dissemination of false information in connection with the spread of outdated information.
