According to the information from the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District, on May 20, 2025, a written appeal was received from a foreign citizen K.H. requesting measures regarding a citizen named "M.", who has been working at the company "D.K.", located at: Bishkek, Kainazarova Street, since 2022, but has not been receiving a salary.
“This case has been registered in the automated information system of the Internal Affairs Department, and a preliminary investigation has been initiated. The investigative service of the October District of Bishkek has carried out all necessary measures to thoroughly examine the situation,” the official statement reads.
As a result of the investigation, on September 20, 2025, a decision was made to refuse to initiate a criminal case based on Article 27, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which states that criminal proceedings may be terminated in the absence of a crime.
