“On November 4, during monitoring of social networks, information was published that around 12:30 PM, an unknown man beat a citizen at the bus station in the city of Tokmok.
This fact has been registered with the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Tokmok, and an investigation has been initiated.
During the investigation, police officers established that a local resident, B.I., born in 1994, went to the Tokmok City Hospital with various bodily injuries. According to him, while at the public transport stop, an unknown young man approached him from behind and beat him without any reason. As a result, he lost consciousness and fell to the ground. When he came to, the victim saw that people around him were helping him to get up.
Currently, a forensic medical examination has been appointed for the victim, and operational search activities are being conducted to identify and apprehend the person involved in the incident,” the statement said.
The investigation is ongoing. Based on its results, a decision will be made in accordance with the requirements of the law.
