
From November 3 to 6, 2025, a comprehensive raid event called "Operation" will take place in the Chui region, organized by the police.
According to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, the main goal of this raid is to stabilize the situation with law and order, as well as to prevent and solve crimes, especially those committed on the streets and in public places. The event is also aimed at curbing offenses and ensuring the safety of residents in the region.
During the raid, individuals with criminal backgrounds, temporary residents, as well as abandoned buildings and structures will be checked. Special attention will be paid to markets, service stations, potential outlets for stolen goods, troubled families, and cases of domestic violence. In addition, owners of firearms, livestock markets, and meat sales points will be inspected.
Preventive conversations will be held with citizens aimed at protecting property, preventing domestic violence, and ensuring the safety of livestock.
The city of Tokmok will be the main focus, where eight mobile police groups will operate, including patrols from the Traffic Police, special forces, and ten foot patrols.
As a result of the raids in Tokmok:
- -76 citizens were brought in for the preparation of administrative materials and preventive conversations;
- -21 administrative protocols were drawn up under articles 188, 184, 194, 38, and 182 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Three crimes were also solved:
- — one case of illegal drug possession;
- — a narcotic substance was seized from the detainee K.B., born in 1993, and the materials were handed over to the investigative authorities;
- — two cases of bicycle theft committed by minors. Investigators identified and detained the suspect — J.N., born in 2011.
Investigative actions on all facts are ongoing, and decisions will be made in accordance with current legislation.
As part of the raid, preventive lectures were also held in schools No. 7, No. 8, and No. 9 in the city of Tokmok, focusing on preventing offenses among students.
