According to the press service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region, new equipment was handed over to the regional police units during the event.
The ceremonial event was attended by the head of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region, Kanybek Abdyrahmanov, his deputies, and heads of various services, including the Traffic Police and the Internal Affairs Directorate.
In the square, not only police officers gathered but also the special forces unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as personnel from the separate patrol and post service battalion.
After the national anthem was performed, the leadership of the Main Department checked the readiness of the police officers for service, the compliance of their uniforms, and the technical condition of the service vehicles. A drill inspection of the personnel and equipment was also conducted.
Kanybek Abdyrahmanov presented the units with nine new JAC vehicles and one KIA CARNIVAL, provided by the president of the country.
In addition, distinguished police officers were awarded new ranks.
The event concluded with a ceremonial march.
