In the Kemin district, three local residents were punished for illegal hunting, receiving a fine of 35 thousand soms. This became known thanks to a message published on the NABU Kyrgyzstan Facebook page.

According to the information, the incident occurred in the village of Taldy-Bulak during a raid conducted by the "Bars" group of the NGO NABU Kyrgyzstan in collaboration with representatives of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the operation, three men engaged in poaching were detained.

It was established that the detainees shot two chukars and two pheasants. Protocols were drawn up against them, and the total fine was set at 35 thousand soms.

In addition, the poachers had two hunting rifles confiscated, which were found without the necessary permits. The weapons were handed over to the district police department as material evidence.
