According to the information from the victim, the incident occurred on October 23 at around 3:00 PM, when a bicycle worth 15,000 soms was stolen from the entrance of a residential building in the Jal microdistrict. The victim only reported the incident to law enforcement on November 6, after which the fact of the theft was registered in accordance with Article 205 ("Theft") of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
During the raid "Thief," police officers detained 20-year-old D.I., who was placed in a temporary detention facility. Later, the court in the Lenin District decided to arrest him for a period of two months in pre-trial detention center No. 1.
An investigation is currently underway.
