In the Talas Region, a man was fined for illegal extraction of sand and gravel mixture

On November 8, employees of the Talas Regional Department of the Ecological Supervision Service, in cooperation with representatives of the Talas District Internal Affairs Department, conducted raids in the Bakai-Ata and Talas districts.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the purpose of these inspections was to identify cases of illegal hunting and to prevent the unlawful use of natural resources.

During the raids, some hunters were found to have valid permits. However, individuals were also detained for extracting sand and gravel mix at night without the necessary permits.

As a result of the raid, a man named K.B.B. was fined 13,000 soms based on part 4 of Article 243 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to violations of the rules for the development of mineral deposits.
