According to information provided by the Ecological and Technical Supervision Service, two entities were found to be responsible: the municipal enterprise "Taza ayil üchün," located in the Manas rural area, and the poultry farm JSC "Kyrgyzskoye."
Based on Article 115 of the Code of Offenses, concerning unauthorized disposal, storage, and burning of waste, the enterprises were fined a total of 34,000 soms.
As reported by sources from the Ministry of Justice, the founder and director of JSC "Kyrgyzskoye" is Moldasheva Zhanat. This organization, engaged in the breeding of agricultural poultry, was re-registered on August 11, 2011.
