In the Talas region, as part of raid activities, employees of the regional department of the Environmental and Technical Inspection and the Talas Department of Internal Affairs conducted an inspection in the territories of the Bakai-Ata and Talas districts.
The main objective of this operation was to identify instances of illegal hunting and to prevent unauthorized use of natural resources.
During the inspection, some hunters had the necessary permits. However, individuals were detained who were engaged in the illegal extraction of sand and gravel mixture during the night.
As a result of the raid, a man named K.B.B. was fined 13,000 soms in accordance with part 4 of Article 243 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision stated its intention to continue the fight against illegal activities and to strengthen control over compliance with environmental legislation to ensure ecological safety and protect the country's natural resources.
