The chairman of the district electoral commission, Temirbek Esenaliev, reported that on November 29, 123 people voted without coming to the polling venues.
According to his information, the commission received 132 applications from voters who were unable to attend the polling stations due to age, health conditions, or other valid reasons. Of these, 123 people were able to vote at their place of residence, while nine voters did not participate in the voting for various reasons.
The highest number of applications was registered in the Jumgal district — 87. In Balakchy, there were 16 such applicants, in Kochkor — 14, and in Toguz-Toro — 15.
Home voting was conducted by commissions accompanied by representatives of law enforcement agencies, as well as observers and operators from the candidates.
In electoral district No. 29, 13 candidates are competing for a deputy seat in the Jogorku Kenesh.
