Currently, 2,185 voters have registered for voting with a portable ballot box.
As of 14:00, 1,740 voters have already fulfilled their civic duty, which constitutes 79.6% of the total number of registered voters.
This voting format is organized in accordance with the legislation for citizens who, due to health reasons or other circumstances, cannot visit the polling station.
Today, as part of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, voting is taking place outside of polling stations. This format is available for those who cannot come to the station due to health issues, disabilities, or other valid reasons.
This group includes patients in medical institutions, individuals in custody, residents of remote areas or seasonal pastures, as well as military personnel and law enforcement officers on duty, workers in enterprises with round-the-clock schedules, shift workers, and citizens under house arrest, provided their residence is within the boundaries of the corresponding polling station.
Voting outside the stations takes place one day before the main voting, from 08:00 to 20:00, and is conducted only based on a written request from the voter.
